FREELANCE WANTED FOR MISSIONS

Within Public Sector large organization, you will prepare Architecture using Hexagonal methodology. He will also prepare the design and integration impact analysis and document the architecture.

DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITY

You will be working in the client’s ICT department.

You will participate in the digitalization of the company supporting the build of citizen or customer applications.

As Architect: 

• You already have more than 12 years of experience in an IT position, preferably as a functional analyst, system architect, business analyst or a similar position. Your background allows you to quickly familiarize yourself with public sector and IT processes.
• You have a technical background and willing to learn new capabilities of technology.
• You can work independently or in a team. With your no-nonsense attitude, you coordinate with the team to get the implementation of the solution in line with your architecture.
• Your strong analytic and problem-solving skills enable you to translate the needs into solution avoiding risks and issues.
• You have strong communication skills.
• You are persistent and take initiative when needed.
• You have fluent knowledge of  French or Dutch and English.

REQUEST

• RATE => 600 – 700 Euro/day
• DURATION => 6 to 12 months

MISSION

Within Public Sector large organization, you will prepare Analysis using UML in Agile environment. He will also prepare the tests scenarios and support users acceptance tests.

You will participate in the digitalization of the administration supporting the build of citizen applications.

As Functional Analyst:

• You will Focus on analyzing new features
• You will translate the business requirements into valuable user stories taking into account security requirements as well none functional constraints.
• You will build up a network with the business and development partner.
• You will prepare and coordinate tests together with the development partner and the product owners.
• You will report the progress and results of deliverables & suggest appropriate actions in report out meetings with the business.
• You will support change management actions (communication, training, go live support).
• You will work in an Agile way which means deliver quickly through different iterations (sprints) and increments.
• You will work in a cross-functional team that effectively works together towards a solution, bringing in all the expertise needed from all stakeholders.

Who you are
