Als applicatie- en integratie  solution architect geef je invulling aan het ontwerp  en integratie  van IT-oplossingen van onze business partners tot en met het opvolgen van de realisatie. Deze ontwerpen worden gemodelleerd in Archimate in een toolset  die ter beschikking staat  binnen onze organisatie.

Er zijn een 40- tal collega’s Solution Architecten, je kan dus rekenen op een zeer sterk uitgebouwde Referentie Architectuur en collegae Key-users architecten, die indien nodig, bijstand kunnen geven om bepaalde specifieke domeinen binnen architectuur te ondersteunen. Bijkomend is er een gans team IT Enterprise architecten die het IT -landschap voor de toekomst uittekenen en mede ook ondersteuning geven aan de Solution Architecten in de diverse programma’s.
Je zal lid zijn van het Service Center Communication & Collaboration met een 30-tal leden. Het Service Center is verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning en het inplementeren van interne communicatie & collaboratie tools, zoals ons eigen mail/agenda/archief systeem, ook het aanbieden van de catalogus rond alles wat met het werkplek te maken heeft (PC’s, tablets, smartphones,…). Ook Skype For Business, MS Teams, Office 365, Sharepoint,… maakt deel uit van onze assets

Als applicatie- en integratie architect ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

• het ontwerp maken van IT-oplossingen die voldoen aan de functionele en niet-functionele vereisten van onze partner. Je bouwt mee aan ons applicatielandschap dat bestaat uit on-premise, cloudtoepassingen, pakketoplossingen en eigen ontwikkelingen.
• het zorgen voor draagvlak voor de IT-oplossing zowel bij de opdrachtgever, het projectteam als de experten.
• het identificeren van risico’s op IT-vlak en het faciliteren van beslissingen te maken door onze opdrachtgever bij de evaluatie van alternatieve oplossingen
• de evolutie van de referentiearchitectuur met de algemene evoluties op IT-gebied binnen het bedrijf, als deze voor de business een voordeel kunnen opleveren
• het bewaken van de architectuurrealisatie door expert teams – het documenteren van architectuurbeslissingen in artefacts – de architecture governance door mee te werken aan de nodige governanceprocessen en/of door deelname aan de bestaande governance boards

Our client is looking for a Senior Technical/Functional Analyst with Web API’s (Web Services, REST, SOAP) to help straighten the team and move the existing projects forward.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities

– Translate the business’ needs into functional analysis (user story) applicable to generate the necessary solutions within applicable domain(s) and document as necessary.
– Coordination and implementation of the software solution.

Description of the work

We are currently evolving one of our main technology platforms in order to improve its scalability, stability and maintainability. In this context, we look for a technical analyst to help us translate technical process requirements into a backlog of technical user stories. The person will drive the processes he is analyzing also on a day to day basis. Next to that he will also be responsible to manage the issues happening in this process and investigate them from a technical point of view.

Responsabilities

• Work with different technical specialist teams in their own language
• Create a backlog of technical user stories, ensuring that features, epic’s and user stories are written in line with our agile standards and guidelines. Special attention is needed to ensure the clarity and technical accuracy of the stories’ acceptance criteria. Also refining them will be part of the responsibility.
• When having an issue, you conduct thorough technical analysis of the technical platform (e.g. dependency analysis, interaction and communications between components, process diagrams, …) and align with the product owner on the next steps and priorities.
• Understand the technical challenges, clearly communicate requirements and constraints to business and technical stakeholders and recommend trade-offs which are not service limiting or compromising.
• Actively contribute to enacting the our DevOps culture towards automation.
