We are looking for a DEV Engineer – Senior/Architect

Your challenge:
You will work together on cutting edge data and security eHealth projects for individual healthcare providers (doctors, pharmacists, …) and large healthcare organizations (hospitals, governments, health insurance funds, …).
Within these projects you always work with the latest technologies (Java 11+, Kafka, Docker, Spring Boot 2.x, Typescript, Redux and React). We also make it a point to keep it up to date with you. You take final responsibility for 1 of our products/projects. You will have the opportunity to go through the entire development project from A-Z: analysis, design, development, testing and documentation.
In addition, you will have the opportunity, through a rotation system, to regularly take on the role of Scrum Master, as well as work on different types of applications (Java FX, Mobile, and Web). This is to further expand your career opportunities and technical knowledge.
You pay the necessary attention to graphic design, technical architecture, usability and testing.
In the meantime, you follow the market evolution of the tools you use for this.
What talent are we looking for?
You are a passionate developer and you get a kick out of developing with the latest technologies. You like to work in an Agile approach.
You obtained a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in ICT and you also have at least 3 years of work experience. Based on your specific experience, we determine in which position you will end up.
You have experience, knowledge, or interest in the following technologies:
– Development of REST services
– Backend: Java 11+ / Kotlin, Spring Boot 2.x, Kafka, Hibernate,
relational databases
– Frontend: Javascript/Typescript, React, Redux, Yup, Jest
– Experience with or knowledge of extensive test automation in
a continuous integration and deployment environment (GIT,
Maven, Jenkins, Containers, Kubernetes)
– Experience with or knowledge of security concepts such as WS-
Security, oAuth, SAML, XML encryption and XML signatures
You have a profound interest in IT. Since we always try to work with the latest technologies, we are looking for someone who is open to continuously learning and developing himself.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and/or French in combination with English.
