About the Mission

The Employer Account Modernization (ONSS) program continues.   We are looking for an experienced project manager capable of managing 2 projects at the same time.  We are looking for a Project Manager to lead these projects: Establish the scope, planning and budget and manage them, i.e. anticipate and report. We are looking for someone experienced in leading administrative management solution development projects.   This project manager will have to manage and monitor the completion of projects so that applications are put into production on budget, on time, efficiently and successfully. This involves, among other things: – in collaboration and consultation with the various SPOC’s concerned, regularly monitoring the implementation of projects, both from the point of view of development, infrastructure and production, in terms of deadlines, budget and quality, and reporting to the client. Based on a solid analysis, propose the necessary measures: – Document and report the progress of the project and the problems encountered. – Organize the start of production – Take the necessary measures to resolve the problems observed (simplify problem solving, propose solutions, etc.) and discuss these solutions with the client manager, the technical project manager and the client. – Process change requests: analyze the consequences, propose solutions and discuss them with the client manager, the technical project manager and the client. – Impute activities scrupulously and verify the imputations. – Ensure communication between the parties involved in the project, motivate them to participate and stimulate teamwork. – manage the resources of the project group We are looking for a person competent in: ·        High level understanding of the scope and the business to be able to give the main directions of the project to the team ·        Definition and monitoring of the schedule ·        Definition and monitoring of the budget ·        Monitoring of the scope.   Reporting to the project manager ·        Day-to-day monitoring of the team ·        Monitoring and escalation of risks to the program level ·        Verification that the standards and method are followed, that the documentation exists in the right place ·        Capacity management in collaboration with the department head ·        Basic skills:    o   Good communication with diplomacy (the client is not always easy) and assertiveness ·        Time and resource management priorities    o   Model and coach for the team       §   Scrum/agile coach is a plus    o   Thoughtful delegation      o   Presentation for the client (or coaching of analysts)    o   Management by exception (reporting problems if and when necessary)    o   Presentation for the client (or coaching of analysts)
