As a Security Engineer, you will integrate the company’s transformation system aimed at compliance with the NIS2 directive, within the IT department, in close interaction with the Infrastructure, CDS teams and the security architect.
You are a key player in the technical implementation of cybersecurity measures, working on asset inventory, system hardening and IT environment security projects, while supporting projects in the concrete implementation of security requirements defined by cybersecurity architecture and governance.
Under the guidance of the security architect and consistent with the cybersecurity and NIS2 roadmap, you help translate security requirements into technical configurations, effective controls and measurable operational practices. Your role is essential to ensure that strategically and architecturally defined measures are realistically deployed and maintained in operational environments.
YOUR MISSIONS

implement and maintain hardening measures on environments (systems, networks, identities, endpoints, cloud platforms) according to defined standards and best practices;
support project teams in integrating technical security requirements (Security by design) from the design and implementation phases;
support the security architect in the operational declination of security architectures and solution choices;
configure and operate technical security mechanisms: patch management, configuration control, logging, security monitoring, vulnerability management, IAM controls;
analyze identified technical gaps (audits, risk assessments, security reviews) and contribute to their remediation;
participate in the production of technical evidence required as part of NIS2 compliance (configurations, procedures, traces, technical reports);
collaborate closely with the Infrastructure and CDS teams as a technical security reference point.
YOUR PROFILE
you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or cybersecurity, with significant experience in technical roles (systems, networks, security);
you have a good command of operational IT environments: systems, networks, directories and identities, endpoints, cloud platforms and monitoring tools;
you have concrete experience in securing and hardening IT environments;
you understand the principles of cybersecurity and associated regulatory requirements, particularly in an NIS2 context;
you are able to work on cross-functional projects, interacting with architects, project managers and operational teams;
rigorous and pragmatic, you are solution and effective implementation oriented;
With a good team spirit, you know how to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical profiles.
