About the Mission
Project Manager JustCase & Data Architecture Context As part of the JustCase program, a central judicial records management system aimed at modernizing and unifying the processes of the Judicial Order, several structuring projects are underway (NoodWet, NSWB, JustCase Jeugd, JustCase Arbeid). The program is currently entering a critical phase marked by significant challenges related to data architecture, data quality and their integration, particularly during migrations from existing systems and during release cycles.
- Mission The consultant will be mainly responsible for managing and coordinating cross-functional issues related to data architecture and data quality within the framework of the JustCase program, while providing support for the operational management of projects.
- Main responsibilities Lead initiatives related to data architecture (data models, inter-system consistency) Ensure monitoring and improvement of data quality (consistency, completeness, reliability) Identify and address data issues in migrations and releases Ensure coordination between business teams, ICT and suppliers on data aspects Supervise data dependencies between projects and systems Contribute to securing production releases Ensure structured reporting towards governance bodies Profile sought Experience in an ICT environment with a strong data architecture/data management orientation Good knowledge of data models, flows and integrations Experience in data migration or improvement of data quality Ability to work in a complex and multi-actor environment Analytical and structured mind Strengths Experience in the public or judicial sector Experience in digital transformation programs Knowledge of data governance issues Project Manager JustCase & Data Architectuur Context Binnen het JustCase-program, the central filesysteem for the right order, wording of the strategic projects used (NoodWet, NSWB, JustCase Youth, JustCase Arbeid).
