In addition, the position includes managing and coordinating the associated administration, detecting and tackling risks and monitoring the general ICT operation, with the aim of contributing to the realization of the business objectives. The IT Coordinator acts as a central link between various IT teams and stakeholders and maintains an overview of ongoing work, changes and projects. The role mainly involves coordinating, analyzing and organizational responsibilities, rather than executive technical tasks. RESULT AREAS Lead, coach and manage the group, composed of internal and/or external employees, with the aim of optimizing ICT operations and coordinating projects and operational processes. Provide the necessary reports in this regard to management. Providing general guidelines in line with company objectives. Checking the quality of the tasks performed and the commitment and productivity of employees and making adjustments if necessary. Responsible for the internal organization and short- and longer-term planning and the resulting tasks, setting priorities, monitoring budgets and conducting administration with the aim of achieving departmental objectives. Drawing up, following up and adjusting the operational planning. Discussing and following up on the work. Ensure that the work is carried out within the established budget. Coordinating projects and requests for changes received via the service desk and coordinating these with the teams involved. Addressing problems and proactively trying to avoid them with the aim of meeting the set standards and expectations. Preparing and checking instructions, files and other administrative documents. Proactively initiating and coordinating improvement proposals. Responsible for aligning ICT projects within GPMO operations. PROFILE At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar IT coordinating role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Able to determine priorities and maintain an overview. Mature personality with strong social skills. Strong IT affinity and insight into operational IT processes. Knowledge of French is a plus.
