Below is a summary of your responsibilities, where your contribution and expertise will be central to the job description.   You are responsible for the organization, proper execution of public contracts, and compliance with administrative and budgetary procedures: You oversee the terms and deadlines of the organization’s major contracts and supplier agreements. You regularly negotiate with external parties with integrity. You ensure the implementation, management, and renewal of contractual commitments within the required timeframes. For a purchase request, you analyze risks and opportunities and take the necessary measures to mitigate these risks. You think in terms of solutions and advise the client. You monitor the performance of Belnet’s suppliers based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and use this as a basis for developing a plan to improve relationships and services You translate functional requirements into specific specifications in cooperation with the client or supplier. You analyze, standardize, and compile their questions and needs, and translate them into an action plan. You manage a contract request from start to finish: you plan and ensure deadlines are met using the tools available for each phase (validation, delivery, etc.). You create contingency plans and necessary documentation to ensure business continuity. Based on your expertise, you propose improvements to the special specifications. You share your experience and expertise with the team. You stay up to date in your field, proactively seek out and renew the supplier portfolio in a timely manner, and prevent potential future appeals by bidders. You monitor changes in applicable legislation. Belnet expects: You have at least  6 years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas : Public procurement, particularly supplies and services Negotiations with suppliers Drafting, finalizing, and implementing purchase contracts You have a solid understanding of public procurement laws. You recognize the strengths of your team members and encourage them to take initiative. You are customer-focused and result-oriented. You enjoy negotiating and persuading others diplomatically . You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
