About the Mission
This request concerns the formation of a team. The Police are looking for 3 candidates to join a team. Presentation The Federal Police is engaged in a large-scale digital and organizational transformation, aiming to modernize its processes, strengthen operational efficiency and better meet the expectations of citizens and field services. This transformation is led by the Digital Transformation Office (DTO), the true strategic engine of the organization, placed under the responsibility of the Digital Transformation Officer. The DTO defines the digital strategy, manages the transformation office and ensures the alignment of all initiatives with the strategy of the Federal Police and the Integrated Police. Its action is based on three complementary pillars: IT, innovation and intelligence (Data). The DTO intervenes within a global transformation framework structured around five major axes: Framing and structuring of initiatives (intake, program management, target operating model, legal aspects), Foundations and standardization, including the modernization of IT infrastructures, security, data integration and stabilization of fundamentals (“Fix the basics”), Transformation of business areas, both administrative and operational and citizen-oriented, Innovation, with the integration of emerging technologies, notably Intelligence Artificial, Transversal governance, ensuring coordination between steering bodies and operational units, as well as support for change. Project With the FPS Justice we are collaborating on the ePV project, an initiative aimed at digitizing and modernizing the minutes. The objective is not only to replace the paper report with a digital version, but also to optimize the entire management process. The ePV project pursues several objectives such as: Digitization of the minutes The creation and sharing of minutes in an entirely digital manner makes it possible to increase efficiency and reduce the administrative burden. Simplification of management Thanks to the digital format, reports are easier to manage and process, which limits errors and improves coordination between the different stakeholders. Accelerated Processing Digital workflow automation helps reduce processing times and improve smooth collaboration between departments. These joint efforts contribute to more modern, transparent and efficient functioning between the Police and Justice. Together, we are taking an important step towards a more efficient and future-oriented judicial ecosystem. Mission The candidate must be able to assume the following tasks: Collect and analyze needs (business & functional); Define a scope; Collaborate with internal and external teams responsible for developments; Collaboration with different stakeholders; Act as a bridge to the technical teams; Support end users in using the tools developed; Participate in and/or give information/training sessions; Creation and management of documentation; Communication of new features, changes, problems via the communications channels provided for this purpose, Provide second-line support; Provide reporting on current projects; Provide an impact analysis. Soft skills Experience in the public sector; Communication and writing skills (good knowledge of Dutch, French and English); Ability to analyze and map systems, processes and issues; Customer and solution orientation.
