About the Mission

Description

As a public transport operator active in Wallonia, the TEC – for “Transport En Commun” – is one of the main players in Mobility and economic, social and sustainable development in Wallonia.
With its 5,200 employees and the 120 professions they carry out, the TEC is a committed company whose all members share a common project: improving, on a daily basis, the performance, user-friendliness and sustainability of the public transport offer which currently has nearly 2,500 buses and trams for the 778 TEC lines which crisscross Wallonia.

Mission
As part of its transformation programs, LETEC is looking for a program manager to carry out one of these. The mission will consist of successfully merging three different programs as well as piloting the resulting program.
This program aims to transform the company, the mission will involve ensuring that this project is kept oriented towards a business transformation and not simply an IT migration project.
The mission of the program manager will consist of:

Participate and help define the scope, planning and budget of the projects for which he will be responsible
Ensure end-to-end management of projects, from partner selection to transition to run mode, which will include, among other things:

The organization and running of meetings including steering committees
Monitoring project activities and deliverables
Management of internal and external communication of the project with internal stakeholders

Organize and coordinate change management 
Communicate with IT teams, the business and any service providers

Profile

You have strong expertise in production management/technical management;
You have a good knowledge of the public transport profession or more generally of Belgian public organizations;
You have good persuasion skills;
You have the analysis, writing and synthesis skills necessary for this type of position.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The mission will be carried out mainly on site in Namur. However, the candidate must be flexible and will potentially have to travel to our different Business Units spread across Wallonia to meet certain professions (the costs being included in the proposed rate)
Consultancy days are 8 hours long. Two fixed days of teleworking are possible.
The start of the day must begin between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., lunch time must be taken between 11:45 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and the end of the service must be between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Therefore, the attendance periods of 9:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. must be respected.
