About the Mission
ABOUT US Familiehulp is a leading Flemish healthcare provider that offers support at every stage of life, with the aim of improving the quality of life at home. They are active in childcare, family care, maternity care, domestic help (with service vouchers) and elderly care. CONTACT For this request, please contact ProUnity via oc-cdm@pro-unity.com FUNCTION As a Business Architect at Familiehulp, you are responsible for developing the future business architecture of the organization, so that optimal evolution is assured. Initially, the focus is on HR transformation, including time registration, and on the analysis of both core HR and soft HR. You work together with management and involved services on a supported vision of the future, a clear operating model, guiding principles and a coherent framework for change. You support the organization in making substantive choices before proceeding with tooling selection or implementation processes. The Business Architect supports Familiehulp in analyzing, structuring and future-oriented development of HR processes, operating model, governance, organizational needs, change readiness and transformation scenarios. You map the current situation, analyze processes, dependencies and bottlenecks and translate these into a prioritized target architecture and realistic scenarios. You ensure that the organization first makes substantive and vendor-neutral choices, so that later requirements and tenders are not driven by pre-selected technologies or suppliers. You also help structure decision-making, align stakeholders, determine priorities and monitor the coherence between change processes. The Business Architect is expected to provide, among other things, a strategic framework, guiding principles, an operating model, an inventory of processes and dependencies, a gap analysis of the current and desired situation, transformation scenarios, scenario comparisons, risk analyses, a priority framework and advice on phased implementation. The output must be decidable, shareable and usable for management, management and internal stakeholders involved and must contribute to the sustainable anchoring of business architecture within Familiehulp. The advice must be completely independent and may not be part of, nor affiliated with, a social secretariat, reseller, implementation partner or sublicense holder. This mission is extendable subject to customer approval.
