About the Mission
Since 2021, the SPW has equipped itself with a Project, Program, Portfolio and Plan management platform (called “P4” and based on a SAAS implementation from the publisher Planisware) which manages both business projects and IT projects. Capacity management (“capacity planning”) is currently being deployed. This platform currently has: 3,500 projects; 1,100 Programs/subprograms; 140 Strategic plans; 700 users. SPW Digital provides technical support for this platform, more precisely the PMO Digital currently made up of 3 people. The functional manager of the application is located in the Transversal Strategies Unit of the General Secretariat. In this context, a series of projects are to be carried out, in particular: Maintenance and administration of the platform; Implementation of new features. The profile must, among other things: Ensure the functional and technical analysis of the projects that will be launched. The mission may also focus on the phase of gathering business needs with a view to drafting all the functional and non-functional requirements of the solution to be implemented; Configure or develop the analyzed functionalities on the Planisware platform (P4); Ensure the achievement of results through a quality approach: (test plan, test supervision, test report and analysis, corrective measures, etc.); Communicate with the project manager and the various project stakeholders (key users, stakeholders and experts); Document functionally and technically the settings and developments carried out; Participate in meetings (project committees, COPIL, etc.) Take charge of user support and incident resolution; Train key users on the new features implemented. Carry out operational management of large projects involving the application. All activities will be carried out in accordance with SPW project, program, portfolio and plan management methodologies. The profile sought is that of an analyst-developer with excellent knowledge of Planisware (Planisware certification is required) and SPW. He must be able to master and describe needs in the form of analysis and technical proposals. He has excellent written and verbal communication, he is able to interact both with operational technical teams and with people in the trade.
