You will be in charge of defining and carrying out structuring optimization projects within the department, with the teams in the relevant areas of expertise, on a portfolio of critical applications serving operations. Your role Define priority functional, technical and organizational optimization projects based on the department’s objectives and functional and technical roadmaps, in collaboration with the business lines, architecture and cross-functional teams. Drive change, ensure governance and communication, manage the budget for prioritized projects. Coordinate external partners, negotiate, renew maintenance contracts from a long-term technological and budgetary perspective. Coordinate production teams, in conjunction with project team managers and run teams if necessary. Profile sought Proven experience in managing complex and cross-functional IT projects Experience in a multi-stakeholder environment (Business & IT); Experience in budget management and negotiation of supplier contracts; Ability to manage projects in the context of modernization or migration; Good understanding of application integration issues; Excellent communication, structuring and decision-making skills. Knowledge of the French and Dutch languages: excellent English: good Additional information: The mission can be renewed for a maximum duration (initial duration included) of: 880 working days. The PM must ensure “maximum” face-to-face working time to ensure the business/IT liaison.
