About the Mission

Function: As an Atlassian project manager, the candidate will ensure the effective deployment of Atlassian tools within the SFPD ecosystem. Two products from Atlassian are in the scope: JIRA and Confluence. Tasks: Regarding JIRA, the person will receive the following objectives: Finalize and organize the hypercare of the migration to JIRA Cloud (scheduled for the end of June). Organize and ensure user change support with regard to the recently implemented standardized processes and new features introduced by JIRA Cloud Establish effective governance for employee timelogging in order to monitor Opex and Capex costs, project costs, etc. Using the Tempo Timesheet plugin. In partnership with our PMO department, define governance allowing simple and effective project management in JIRA Evaluate and assist in the decision in the choice of a project portfolio management tool Deploy the Xray tool in JIRA and make it the standard tool for development teams in the collection of user requirements and associated tests (test management solution) Facilitate and promote the integration of JIRA with the MIRO whiteboarding tool. Organize the governance of the project (steerco, communication, budget monitoring, etc.) Organize an organizational model that will allow the management of JIRA in a sustainable manner once the project is completed.   Regarding Confluence, the candidate will lead a study on the relevance of this tool in the context of document management in the IT and PMO context. A report will be awaited.
