About the Mission
Context
The Central Bank of Luxembourg (BCL) is the country’s monetary authority, a member of the Eurosystem and the European System of Central Banks. It is involved in monetary policy, note issuance, financial stability, prudential supervision, statistics, international relations, payment systems and economic analysis and research. Mission
As a recruitment consultant, you support HRBusiness Partners (HRBPs) and business managers throughout the recruitment process, from defining the need to making the hiring decision. You are responsible for the quality of sourcing, evaluation and monitoring of candidates, while ensuring fluid and effective collaboration withc the different units of the institution.
Responsibilities
Analysis of needs and drafting of advertisements You discuss recruitment needs with HRBPs and business managers, write advertisements based on job descriptions and choose the most relevant distribution channels (job boards, social networks, firms, etc.). You also plan the different stages of the recruitment process.
Sourcing and approaching candidates You identify, contact and present opportunities to targeted profiles, while monitoring the applications received.
Organization of interviews and assessment You sort applications, develop, in consultation with HRBPs, additional assessment tools (checking references, technical tests, personality tests, etc.) and participate in interviews with business managers. You write the reports and the selection notes.
Management of the process until the management interview You create the short list to present to management, prepare the application files, monitor candidates throughout the process and advise business managers as well as HRBPs until the final decision.
Technical skills
Proven experience in recruitment (sourcing, writing advertisements, conducting interviews, selection).
Good knowledge of banking and IT professions.
Ability to adopt an HR partner posture (advice, analysis, taking a step back).
Excellent writing skills (reports, selection notes).
Mastery of the MSOffice suite and a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Master’s degree in Human Resources, psychology or equivalent field.
C1 level in French and English.
