VERSION FR Function The functional analyst is in charge of analyzing INAMI’s business processes. He intervenes upstream of the project by precisely describing the current and future situation of the process. He leads workshops, organizes and manages meetings necessary to capture the information and write the deliverables necessary to define the project, respecting the standards and methodology in place at INAMI. Position responsibilities He organizes the meetings and workshops necessary to understand and map the business processes as INAMI desires them; He writes the documents necessary to define the process so that they can be used directly by the analysts for the implementation of the solution; He ensures throughout the completion of the project that the implemented solution corresponds to the solution described in agreement with Business. Behavioral skills Communication: he organizes and leads the necessary meetings or workshops with Business. He demonstrates listening skills; Conceptualize: Translate abstract and general reasoning and concepts into practical solutions; Analyze information: Analyze data in a targeted manner and judge the information critically; Ability to understand transversally: have a view beyond the boundaries of various departments/directors and assess the impact of decisions on other areas of the organization. He or she is involved in the first phases of the project and provides a detailed description of the current and future situation of the process. He or she leads workshops, organizes and manages the meetings necessary to collect the information and prepare the deliverables necessary to define the project, in accordance with the RIZIV standards and methodology.  Responsibilities Organizing meetings and workshops to understand and map the business processes of the RIZIV; Preparing documents necessary to define the process so that they can be used directly by the analysts to implement the solution; Ensuring during the project that the implemented solution corresponds to the solution described in consultation with the Business.
