About the Mission

The ICT service of the FPS Economy has planned the start-up of the Indicator 2.0 application in 2026. This has been given the highest priority because the existing application no longer meets the security requirements of a modern application. It has been decided to develop a new version within Microsoft’s PowerPlatform, more specifically by developing a Model drive PowerApp with underlying Dataverse. We are looking for an experienced Developer for PowerPlatform applications. Here are the skills we are looking for in our future colleague: Technical Skills (must-have) – In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on model-driven apps – In-depth experience with Dataverse: * data models, relationships * business rules * security roles and privileges – Experience with Power Automate: * cloud flows * business process flows * error handling and optimization – Development and configuration of: * forms * views * dashboards – Experience with JavaScript for client-side extensions (form scripting) – Knowledge of Power Platform ALM: * solutions * environments * deployment and version management – Experience with integrations: * standard and custom connectors * REST / Web API * connections with external systems and/or Azure components Development and Analysis skills (must-have) – Technical translation of functional analyzes and user stories into concrete solutions – Active use of Copilot in: * generating and improving formulas, flows and scripts * accelerating of development work * technical documentation and code explanation – Ability to analyze, optimize and expand existing solutions – Testing, debugging and supporting acceptance and integration testing Soft Skills and Work Attitude (must-have) – Clear communication with functional analysts, testers and stakeholders – Ability to work independently within agreed architecture and guidelines – Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility – Problem-solving and results-oriented – Team player with experience in agile/scrum teams – Willingness to share knowledge to share and apply best practices Positives (nice-to-have) – Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications – Experience with Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management) – Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD within Power Platform context – Experience in complex organizations or government context – Insight into governance, security and compliance within M365 / Power Platform
