Functional analyst for project eYouth applications Role You develop functional analysis (use case & stories) that is necessary for the realization of the technical analysis and development You ensure general coherence of the functional choices for the project You monitor development (functional) You carry out functional tests You support developers with functional questions You ensure continuity of analysis and development You unblock issues and you coordinate dependencies with other teams/projects Profile You enjoy working closely with developers, integrators and business stakeholders You combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic and hands-on approach. You take ownership and help to unblock issues and move decisions forward. You communicate clearly and can easily explain complex functional flows. Based on your organizational skills and your team orientation, you approach matters in a structured manner. With your drive, proactivity, efficiency, flexibility and sense of quality you make the difference. Team fit, eagerness to learn and collaboration are more important to us than pure seniority.
