The Data Specialist supports the VIVAQUA Data manager, to whom he reports directly, as part of his missions relating to the implementation of the data strategy: steering, governance, management, use and automation of data across the organization, implementation of a Data architecture and dissemination of the Data culture within the company.
 
As part of this mission, the following key responsibilities will be included:
1. Data management governance

Continued development of governance
PMO of the various initiatives related to data governance

2. Valorization of data

Development of data uses: reporting, analyses, automation, AI

3. Reporting Strategy

Define the organization of the reporting developments to be implemented (centralized in IT, decentralized in the departments, mixed, etc.)

4. Continued development of the Data architecture

Data lineation
Ensure the link between data lineation and process description

5. Management of reporting automation projects, in coordination with IT
6. In partnership with IT, define a mechanism for prioritizing reporting developments
7. Implementation of the Data culture in change mode
Raise awareness of governance and data management rules

Raise team awareness of data management and their role in the value chain (data culture)
Promote transversality and inter-department collaboration to break down silos and streamline the flow of information

The start date of the mission will be determined by mutual agreement between VIVAQUA and the candidate.
 
Terms of execution of the mission:
 
– The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and will have to potentially work 440 man-days spread over a period of ± 2 years, on an hourly basis of 40 hours per week, during the opening days of VIVAQUA.
– The services will be carried out at least 3 days/week in person at VIVAQUA Head Office, potentially on a discontinuous basis, unless expressly waived by the Head of the IT Department.
– The consultant is informed that he is not authorized to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
– The designated consultant must take into account the needs for continuity of service of VIVAQUA and the constraints linked to the projects it manages in the planning of his leave and will agree in advance with the Managing Official on this subject
– The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of VIVAQUA’s “Code of conduct for external service providers”, this document being available on request.
 
Additional information:
The mission can be renewed for a maximum duration (initial duration included) of: 880 working days.
