About the Mission

The desired profile has more than 15 years of experience in the IT field of messaging with a focus on the integration, protection and security of various solutions interfacing with it.
 You must be able to integrate into teamwork evolving in a complex heterogeneous technical environment, multi-forests and multi-tenants. 
 The profile is capable of managing projects and responding to specific and specific requests. He has in-depth knowledge of M365 architecture, secure integration and troubleshooting and is able to define and integrate the SMTP flow matrix across Exchange Online and Fortimail
 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Pureview, particularly in Data Lifecycle Management, Auditing, eDiscovery and Information Barrier.
 In-depth knowledge and understanding of the interconnections between Cloud and On-Premise environments including flow security and certificate management is necessary.
 Knowledge and scrupulous compliance with GDPR protection standards is required.
 Related tasks (non-exhaustive):
                – In its specific area of expertise, defines the design of infrastructures and solutions, defines standards and automates processes to facilitate the work of operations
                – Ensures the implementation, maintenance and support of infrastructures
                – Processing, management and configuration of user and application SMTP flows (Project, Incident, Request)
                – Management of the Fortimail solution and securing SMTP flows through Fortimail.
                – Processing, management and configuration of protection mechanisms (Anti-spam, quarantine, Black & Gray listing)
                – Identity management, integration and protection.
                – Securing M365 integrations with third-party systems.
                – Creation/optimization of technical creation/management/monitoring processes (shared mailboxes, technical reporting, onboarding/offboarding processes, standardization of requests)
                – Management of security alerts and requests for research and/or information within the framework of the security center in general
                – Understanding, application, management, integration and troubleshooting of advanced Outlook client features
                – Integration of applications / solutions in our environments (Project, Incident, Request) in order to guarantee complete access to M365 services
                – Advice and processing of specific internal requests requiring in-depth expertise
                – Automation of inter-forest synchronization processes
                – Advanced skills in PowerShell and Graph and command modules in order to independently develop complex automations
                – Carry out technological monitoring and the roadmap of the components and infrastructures under management, make the necessary proposals and manage the implementations. Hybrid work with at least 2 days a week on site.
