About the Mission

As part of its digital project, the efp wishes to modernize its educational tools by providing an LMS platform based on Moodle for learners and trainers. In order to ensure smooth integration between Moodle and the efp’s internal CRM, it is necessary to set up a complete interface allowing the exchange of data between the two platforms. The objective is to enable automated synchronization of administrative and educational information in order to avoid double coding, make data more reliable and improve learner monitoring. The interface between the CRM and Moodle must allow: the automation of data exchanges between the two systems the synchronization of users, training courses and training registrations the retrieval of certain educational information (attendance, quotations, etc.) from Moodle the elimination of manual tasks The CRM remains the main source of administrative data, while Moodle will be the reference platform for educational activities and learning monitoring. Given that the API provided by Moodle is limited in reporting information (atomicity of errors, complexity of role typing, absence of “Upsert” logic), we use a “local_efp” plugin developed by the company Cblue and adapted for our interface. Hybrid teleworking policy is possible. Additional information: The mission can be renewed for a maximum duration (initial duration included) of: 880 working days.
