About the Mission
As part of the development of e-Health projects from the regional level to the European level, the main objective of this mission is to ensure the governance, quality, shared understanding and interoperability of multidisciplinary electronic data exchanges linked to the e-Health ecosystem, including data flows to and from mutual societies, field operators, etc. Profile The data governance expert will participate in strategic projects aimed at improving the integration, management and valorization of health data, while ensuring their accessibility, security and compliance. He will actively contribute to the decision-making and strategic positioning of the Agency in terms of data governance in the context of e-Health projects (internal, collaborative or external), based on the potential functional, architectural and organizational impacts at the level of the AVIQ, the Walloon Health Network and other operators linked to the Agency’s missions and interoperability requirements. The expert will play an interface role between the Agency’s business teams and IT, with an assignment within the Digital Pole, in collaboration with the CIO, the CISO and the IT directors. It will provide structuring support to the Agency’s business agents to ensure coherent governance of data assets, and will contribute to the drafting of governance documentation (business glossary, data catalog, management policies), necessary for the integration of the Agency’s information system into the social protection ecosystem in Wallonia (recovery of pseudonymized or anonymized data for secondary use, flows necessary for the exercise of the Agency’s powers). The data governance expert will identify the opportunities offered by e-Health solutions as part of the Agency’s digital transformation. He will ensure that business concepts are defined in a unambiguous, shared and contextualized manner, in order to ensure their correct interpretation in all use cases. Finally, it will ensure scalable, dynamic, modular, historical and multidisciplinary data exchange via structured, standardized and codified sets of information around a relevant business concept called “CareSet”. The mission will begin on August 3, 2026 for a duration of one year.
