About the Mission
ABOUT US Familiehulp is a leading Flemish healthcare provider that offers support at every stage of life, with the aim of improving the quality of life at home. They are active in childcare, family care, maternity care, domestic help (with service vouchers) and elderly care. CONTACT For this request, please contact ProUnity via oc-cdm@pro-unity.com FUNCTION As a Solution Architect at Familiehulp, you guarantee that the application and technology landscape remains in line with the organization’s strategy and supports current and future business processes in a technologically coherent, secure, sustainable and scalable manner. Initially, the focus is on the HR domain, including HR systems, time registration, integrations, data, security and identity management. You translate business needs and target architecture into a coherent solution landscape and ensure that architectural choices can also be effectively used in change and selection processes. The Solution Architect maps the current applications, systems and technical dependencies and uses this to develop a target solution architecture. You translate this architecture into concrete technological choices, principles, standards, quality attributes and roadmaps. You support Familiehulp in preparing technically coherent and complete files for selection and tender processes, including by formulating and monitoring technical requirements and preconditions. During implementation and change processes, you ensure that solutions remain consistent with the predetermined architecture. In addition, you help to further professionalize the solution architecture operation within Familiehulp and align it with the business architecture. The Solution Architect is expected to deliver, among other things, a target solution architecture, an inventory of systems and dependencies, technical principles and standards, quality attributes, architectural preconditions, technology roadmaps, risk and opportunity analyses, budgetary points of interest and documentation that can be used for decision-making and market approach. The output must be sufficiently complete, technically coherent and shareable so that Familiehulp can use it directly in its HR process and in later tender or selection files. The advice must be completely independent and may not be part of, nor affiliated with, a social secretariat, reseller, implementation partner or sublicense holder. This mission is extendable subject to customer approval.
