CONTACT For this request, please contact ProUnity via oc-cdm@pro-unity.com FUNCTION The Business Analyst translates the functional needs of the HR organization and related stakeholders into concrete, validated business requirements and process descriptions to support the implementation of an integrated HR tool. The focus of this role is on operational and tactical needs, process optimization and standardization, and developing functional specifications for implementation. The Business Analyst does not design a target architecture and does not develop a technical solution, but ensures that the Business Architect and Solution Architect are correctly fed with clear and validated requirements. The Business Analyst maps existing HR processes within both soft HR and hard HR, identifies inefficiencies, compliance risks and bottlenecks, and documents processes, roles, systems used and data sources. You then collect and structure business requirements through workshops and interviews and translate these into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. You develop detailed TO-BE process flows at operational level, monitor coordination between HR, payroll, finance, operations and other stakeholders involved and support the functional preparation of an HR system implementation. You will also assist with test scenarios, validation criteria, UAT guidance and user documentation. Required Skills
Mastering business analysis techniques, such as BABOK and/or Agile/Scrum., Experience with ICT & HR systems, preferably with SaaS solutions, Process modeling, for example with BPMN or a similar method, Requirements engineering, with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, Stakeholder management and strong communication, Strong knowledge of HR processes, both soft HR and hard HR, Workshop facilitation to collect and structure requirements and needs with stakeholders
