About the Mission

General HR mission, participation in social consultation as well as Lead of operationally focused HR projects within the HR department (ex: training monitoring workflow with an external service provider, salary transparency, etc.), support for training and recruitment, if necessary, as well. He/she ensures the operational management of HR activities and the smooth running of operations in a rapidly evolving IT and digital environment. He/she guarantees the efficiency of HR operational processes, legal compliance, and the quality of service to employees. He/she supervises an HR assistant under development, participates in social consultation (CE, CPPT and DS) as well as various HR projects. Part time of 3 days/week in hybrid mode with 2 days on site.
