About the Mission

Function As a Business Analyst, you integrate the services of INAMI in order to support projects aimed at the digitalization and optimization of business processes. You actively participate in several business projects meeting the objectives of digitalization and optimization of INAMI service processes. Position responsibilities The Business Analyst organizes the meetings and workshops necessary to understand and map the business processes as INAMI desires them. He/she writes the documents necessary to define the process so that they can be used directly by the developers for the implementation of the solution. He/she fulfills a bridging function with the aim of translating a business language into an ICT language. He/she ensures throughout the completion of the project that the solution implemented corresponds to the solution described in agreement with the Business Behavioral skills You have good oral and written communication You appreciate working in teams and projects You are familiar with the negotiation and management of multiple stakeholders Assets: Experience in Agile type projects is desired Experience in the preparation/coordination of tests is desired Experience in the management and organization of Workshops and needs analysis is desired
