About the Mission
AFAS HR Consultant: As an experienced AFAS HR Consultant, you support the Credendo HR team in efficiently setting up the AFAS software. In this way you help the team get the most out of the possibilities that AFAS offers. All this contributes to more insight, lower costs and more job satisfaction for the HR team and its internal customers. Testing the implementation — You carry out tests, supervise UAT and monitor the quality of the AFAS setup. Translating HR needs — You analyze customer demand and translate it into a clear functional design in AFAS, so that AFAS or our external implementation partner can proceed smoothly. Optimizing HR processes — You understand HR work processes and propose improvements that match the possibilities of AFAS. Knowledge sharing and guidance — You introduce the HR team to new functionalities and provide clear, usable manuals. Change management — You guide colleagues in the adoption of new working methods and ensure a smooth transition. Collaboration with stakeholders — You work closely with the HR team, the external implementation partner and the Credendo HR Project Manager. What do you bring as an AFAS HR Consultant? AFAS experience — You have demonstrable experience with the design of AFAS HR. HR process knowledge — You understand how HR processes work within organizations and how to optimize them. Strong connecting skills — You involve the right colleagues at the right time and communicate clearly and professionally. Consultancy skills — You are analytical, solution-oriented and pleasant to work with. Hybrid availability — You work on average two days a week at the office in Brussels. Language skills — You master Dutch or French and English
